According to Savills, supply of high-end
resort properties in Da Nang is now ranked second nationwide, just below Nha
Trang, with a total of 1,199 villas and 3,367 apartments. Some successful
existing projects include Hyatt Regency, Ba Na Hills, Azura, Furama and Intercontinental
Ocean Villas.
In addition, the central city will also
welcome a large number of new high-end apartments and villas in outstanding
projects like Coco Bay, Vinpearl Han River, Soleil Da Nang, Da Phuoc, Ariyana,
Han Riverside, Ocean Suites & Estates and Central Coast.

Savills’s report also reveals that 80% of
purchasers who bought properties in Da Nang in the first half of this year are
from Hanoi. They have been attracted by a large choice of products, bright
tourism prospects, sales policies, and the image of a young, dynamic and green
city with completed infrastructure and civilized community.
In field of hospitality segment, Da Nang has
73 three to five-star hotels with a total of 8,485 rooms. In particular, 7 of
the 11 five-star hotels and 4 of the 14 four-star hotels have been under
management of international operators.
Besides, with total capital of $4 billion, Hoi
An South casino resort is set to be put into partial operation by 2019.
Its appearance is expected create a huge push for the formation of a
hospitality chain from Da Nang to Hoi An ancient town. In the near future, the
supply will welcome more new rooms from key upcoming hospitality projects such
as Hilton Danang Hotel, Four Points by Sheraton and Crowne Plaza Phase 2.
Da Nang has been known as one of the world’s
20 cleanest cities and Vietnam’s most livable city. With various beautiful
natural and cultural destinations, the city is considered the tourism capital
of central Vietnam. It is a potential market with outstanding growth in
economic indicators, mechanical population growth, good natural
environment.
The central city will continue to implement
many major apartment, villa and resort projects soon. Investors are pouring in
more and more capital into the market. The advantages in infrastructure
development and increasing demand for property products make Da Nang’s real
