Sharp increase in number of real estate businesses

The number of newly-established real estate business saw a sharp increase in August.

In August, the average registered capital of an enterprise hit VND7.6 billion, an increase of  6.3% month-on-month. 2,005 companies restored their operations last month, up 11.1% compared to July.

Notably, among the newly-established and restored enterprises, the number of real estate enterprises went up sharply.

Accordingly, the number of newly established real estate enterprises reached 1904, an increase of 101.3% year-on-year. In addition, total registered capital hit VND133.375 trillion, up 268.4%.  

Besides, the number of real estate business restoring theirs operations in the first 8 months of 2016 rose by 52.6% year-on-year. Meanwhile, there were 198 enterprises suspending operations, decreased by 47.5%.
