Is therea limit to the size of land / propertypurchase?

Answers:

There is no provision in Law on Housing 2014 and its supplemented regulations that puts limit on the size of land or property can be purchased. However subject to registration of ownership, Article 6 of the Decree 99/2015/ND-CP provides that in a house with more than 2 grounds and each ground has more than 2 units designed as self - contained flats with separate room, kitchen, toilets and bathroom, with area of no less than 30m. Each flat in such house is entitled to receive certificate of ownership. The flat granted certificate of ownership can be purchased, rent, gifted and inherited. Therefore, when purchasing a flat, attention should be paid to its size in order to get the certificate of ownership.
