Article 4 of the Law on Income Tax No.04/2007/NĐ-CPdated 21 November 2007 does not provide income tax exemption in transfer of property from you to your relative. Therefore, the taxes listed in answer to question 10 are applicable to your case.

The procedure to transfer property sets forth in Article 79 of the Decree No.43/2014/NĐ-CP dated 15 May 2014 of the Government on detailing and guiding some provisions of the Law on Land 2013 as described in answer to Question 13.
