Mövenpick Cam Ranh Resort on Bai Dai Beach in Cam Ranh city, Khanh Hoa province and invested by Eurowindow, will be launched in the near future, with owners able to sublease.

"The novelty is that owners can commit to subleasing their property with a guaranteed profit of 10 per cent per year over ten years, which is higher than the 5-6 per cent per annum interest rate from banks,” said Mr. Nguyen Minh Tan, a private investor from Hanoi in the five-star deluxe coastal resort.

Unlike other resort properties, owners who purchase Mövenpick Villas or Condotel Mövenpick can actively manage their property for profit purposes. It can be also used as a second home because owners are able to stay there for up to 180 days each year.

Most resort properties in Vietnam are operated by international management companies that don’t cover the residential section. Other resort properties can be purchased and owned by domestic developers who build and manage in accordance with their own standards. Buying a villa under the Mövenpick brand name, owners have the right to possess and sell a villa designed, built and managed according to five-star standards.
